I want know about this

Fulbright Foreign Student is the US government's fully funded programme for graduate study — a master's or a PhD — and for research. The package normally covers tuition, a living stipend, return airfare and health cover, though the exact contents are set by the Fulbright office in your own country. The part people miss: you do not apply to a US university. You apply through the Fulbright commission or US embassy in your home country, usually about a year before you would start, and the programme places you. Open your country's page at foreign.fulbrightonline.org. If you tell us your country and your field here, we can point you at the right office.
