I am an international student currently completing an MSc in Vaccine Production and Quality Control, with research experience in virology, vaccine development, and quality control. I am interested in pursuing a PhD at Deakin University. Could you please advise whether I would be eligible to apply for the next international RTP scholarship round, and whether I need to secure a research supervisor before submitting my scholarship application?
