Eligibility
- Indian citizen with a strong academic record and at least a four-year Bachelor's degree (or Bachelor's plus a Master's).
- Typically three or more years of full-time professional work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, community engagement and clear post-study plans.
- Not holding US citizenship or permanent residency.
