Overview

Eligibility

• National of an eligible low-income country who cannot study for a degree at home.
• Hold, or expect to hold, an offer for an eligible undergraduate course at Oxford.
• Demonstrated financial need and strong academic merit.

Benefits

• Full course (tuition) fees.
• A grant towards living costs.
• One return economy flight per year.

How to apply

• Apply for undergraduate admission to Oxford through UCAS.
• Indicate/apply for the Reach Oxford Scholarship as instructed by the university.
• Submit evidence of financial need and eligibility.
• Attend any interview/selection round.

• Academic transcripts and degree certificates
• Statement of purpose / personal statement
• Two or more letters of recommendation
• Updated CV / résumé
• English-language test score (IELTS/TOEFL) where required
• Valid passport
• Proof of admission/offer (if applicable)
