Overview

The University of Otago Global Masters Scholarship is offered by the University of Otago in New Zealand. It provides partial funding of NZD 15,000 to international students from selected countries who are pursuing eligible full-time taught Masters programmes at the university. To be eligible, applicants must hold a passport from Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand or Vietnam, meet the entry requirements for an eligible Masters degree, have a grade average equivalent to at least a New Zealand B in their qualifying degree, and be willing to study on campus. Indian students are eligible to apply. There is no separate scholarship application; applicants are automatically assessed during the admission process when they apply to an eligible Masters programme.

International students who are completing or have completed their bachelors programme at the University of Otago are also eligible to apply.
