Eligibility

Master's applicants must be enrolled in one of the following thesis-based programs: Master's in Agroforestry, Master's in Wood Engineering and Bio-based Materials, Master of Science in Forestry, or Master's in Geographical Sciences.
PhD applicants must be enrolled in one of the following programs: PhD in Wood Engineering and Bio-based Materials, PhD in Forestry Sciences, or PhD in Geographical Sciences.
Applicants must have a research project related to forest carbon and the fight against climate change, such as carbon-cycle modelling, carbon accounting, carbon credits, wood products, or climate mitigation/adaptation.
Applicants must have a collaboration plan submitted and accepted by program management.
