The Edward J. McAdam and Rena C. McAdam Memorial Education Scholarship - B.Ed. Indigenous is offered by the University of Prince Edward Island in Canada. It provides partial funding of CAD 1,000 to Bachelors students in selected subjects. The scholarship was established through a gift from Rena C. McAdam. Eligibility is open to all nationals, with preference for Indigenous students and those with paid or volunteer experience teaching or working with Indigenous students. It can be used at the University of Prince Edward Island. Eligibility

Applicants must be B.Ed. students in a Faculty of Education program at UPEI.
Preference is given to Indigenous students.
Preference is given to students with paid or volunteer experience teaching or working with Indigenous students.
If there are no qualifying Indigenous students, the award is granted to a student completing the Indigenous Focus specialization.
