Overview

The Calleo Indigenous Scholarship at Monash University is offered by Monash University in Australia. It provides partial funding of AUD 8,000 per annum for up to three years to a commencing Indigenous student who has experienced hardship and is enrolling in an undergraduate degree in Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. This scholarship is open to Australian nationals only and is not available to Indian students. Applicants must be commencing students in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at a Monash campus in Australia, have an ATAR of 75 or above, and maintain a Weighted Average Mark of 60 each semester. To apply, submit a Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Heritage certificate or a certified Statutory Declaration form to the William Cooper Institute, and meet all university requirements. The deadline is rolling.

Eligibility

The applicant must be an Australian national.
They must be a commencing student enrolled in or intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at a Monash campus in Australia.
A score of ATAR 75+ for Indigenous Australians is required.
You must maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60 each semester.
You must provide a Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Heritage certificate or a certified Statutory Declaration form to the William Cooper Institute.
