Overview

The BDO Canada Scholarship in Accounting is offered by the University of Prince Edward Island in Canada. It provides partial funding of CAD 2,000 for Bachelors degree students in selected subjects. The scholarship was established by BDO Canada's national office and five PEI Partners from the Charlottetown and Summerside offices. To be eligible, applicants must have completed the third year of study, be an Accounting student, and have excelled in Accounting 301/302. They must also demonstrate a high level of community involvement and leadership, and participation in university and community activities. The scholarship is open to all nationals and can be used at the University of Prince Edward Island. Eligible students are considered through a recommendation by the McDougall Faculty of Business Dean, and the deadline is rolling.
